El Rodeo Seismic Retrofit and Historical Modernization

First constructed in 1927, the project includes modernization and seismic retrofit for the 5 buildings that make up the El Rodeo Campus totaling 122,000 SF. Alterations and conversion of Building E basement will also house administration offices and support space. Additional scope of work includes construction of two new shade structures, one new covered walkway and replacement/reconstruction of a new dome structure.
